Under California law, you have the rights to know/access, delete, correct, opt-out of sale/share, and limit use of sensitive information (if collected). Businesses must provide a Notice at Collection and describe rights and methods to exercise them.

3) How We Use Personal Information
Operate, secure, and debug the Services; measure and improve performance.

Provide newsletters and respond to inquiries; comply with laws.

Affiliate operations: when you click an affiliate link, the merchant or affiliate network may set cookies/IDs to attribute your visit or transaction.

Targeted advertising (if enabled): we may “sell” or “share” personal information under California definitions (e.g., cross-context behavioral advertising). You may opt-out at any time (see §6). CPRA treats cross-context advertising as “share,” and disclosures can also constitute a “sale” depending on the arrangement.

4) Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, analytics, and—if enabled—advertising/attribution. For example, Google Analytics offers per-region controls and Google Signals settings that can be disabled for specific regions. Manage your preferences via our Privacy Choices link and browser-level signals (see §6).

5) Email Marketing
If you subscribe, we will send newsletters or updates. You can unsubscribe via the email footer. We follow CAN-SPAM requirements (clear identification, a physical address, and an easy opt-out).

6) Your Privacy Choices
A. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information (California).
Use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link (footer) to opt-out of sale/sharing, including for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) as an opt-out preference signal where required. If a GPC signal conflicts with your site-level consent, we must treat the signal as a valid opt-out unless you direct otherwise.
B. Cookie/Ads Preferences.
Adjust settings in our preference manager; configure your browser to reject or delete cookies.
C. Access, Deletion, and Correction (California).
Submit a request via [link/email]. We will verify and respond within statutory timelines; authorized agents may act on your behalf where permitted.

7) Additional Rights for California Residents (Summary)
Right to Know/Access: categories and specific pieces collected; sources; purposes; categories of third parties; categories “sold/shared/disclosed.”

Right to Delete and Correct inaccurate data.

Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Share; Right to Limit Use/Disclosure of Sensitive PI (if collected).

Non-Discrimination for exercising rights.

8) GDPR/EEA Addendum (if you serve EEA/UK)
Where GDPR applies, we act as “controller” for the Services. We process data on the following legal bases: consent (analytics/ads/email), legitimate interests (security, basic analytics), contract (providing requested services), and legal obligations. We provide the information required by GDPR Art. 13 (identity, purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention criteria, international transfers, and rights). EEA/UK users have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict/ object, and data portability; consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting prior processing.

9) Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn we have, we will delete it promptly and take steps consistent with COPPA.

10) Disclosures and Transfers
We disclose personal information to:
Service Providers/Processors (hosting, security, analytics, email, anti-spam, measurement).

Affiliate/Ad Partners when you interact with affiliate links or advertising (if enabled).

Authorities where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Business Transfers (merger, acquisition, asset sale).

For international transfers, we use legally recognized mechanisms (e.g., EU SCCs) where applicable.

11) Data Security
We employ administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No method is 100% secure; residual risk remains.

12) Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described, including security, analytics trend windows, legal/compliance needs, and dispute resolution, then delete or de-identify it consistent with applicable law and our internal schedules.

13) How to Exercise Your Rights
